With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) now in the Republic of Ireland, we are conscious some Members may wish to avoid visiting our offices to conduct transactions. We would like to remind Members that most Credit Union services are available through our Online Banking facilities or over the phone.
How Can I Pay My Loan?
- Use your Debit Card to pay over the phone – Call 063 98355 to make your payment.
- Transfer payment using our Online Banking Services – Register for Online
- Banking at www.kilmallockcu.ie and transfer money to your loan online.
- Set Up a Direct Debit – Set-up a Direct Debit for a regular payment to your loan.
- Set Up an Electronic Payment (EFT) – Use your IBAN Number to carry out EFT payments from your bank account to your credit union account. Ask a member of staff for your IBAN number, call 063 98355.
How Can I Lodge to My Savings?
- Use your Debit Card to pay over the phone – Call 063 98355 to make your payment.
- Transfer payment using our Online Banking facilities – Register for Online
- Banking at www.kilmallockcu.ie and transfer money to your savings online.
- Set Up a Direct Debit – Set-up a Direct Debit for a regular payment to your savings.
- Register For Online Banking to Have Full 24/7 Access to Your Account. Online Banking is the easiest way to ensure you have access to your credit union account without calling to any of our branches.
Members that have registered for CUOnline+ Online Banking can:
- Transfer money online to and from your credit union account
- Pay Bills
- Set up payees and internal transfers
- Apply for a loan
- Calculate loan repayments

What Controls Do We Have In Place to Prevent The Spread of the Virus at the Credit Union?
We would like to ensure members that Kilmallock Credit Union have taken the following precautions:
- All our staff have received training to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are always practised. This includes regularly washing their hands.
- Placing hand sanitisers in all staff areas for our staff use
- Regularly disinfecting member touchpoints
- Undertaking regular staff training and communications on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
- Private Member area available
